Checked & Studied the machine at Field,Removed all Electrical Hardware, Redesigned the Entire cabinet, Mounted switch gears & Accessories, Replaced damaged mechanical elements like LM Guide ways, Ball lead screws,etc... Realignment has bee done, Laser calibration test has been conducted, Developed E-plan circuit & Customised PLC Software,

Machine is interfaced with Simens 828 Controller... All mechanical Elements are replaced with New ones
