AMS Team Started upgrading the machine from Scratch, All Electrical & CNC Related Items were removed fully, Redesigned the cabinet & Wired with all new Switch gears & Accessories, Developed the Customized PLC Software & Application programs. Checked & Realigned all mechanical elements like Ball screws, LM Guide ways,Spindle, Tool changer etc...
Solution
Machine is Interfaced with Siemens 808 Controller, Umbrella type Tool changer, & Spindle with Chiller.
Overview
As the Original machine was of Cincinnati Milacron, the Machine is Interfaced with Siemens 808 Controller, Umbrella type Tool changer, & Spindle with Chiller. Successfully completed the Machine Up-gradation activity & handed it over to the Customer.
