Imported Citizen Cincom G16 Lathe with Very Old Fanuc control was not in Running condition.
Challenges
Team AMS started Retrofitting with New Fanuc Oi series Control.. Initially Team AMS Studied the Machine thoroughly & Under stood the Application. Removed & Dismantled all Electrical Switch gear Items & Mechanical Elements.
Solution
Machine is successfully retrofitted with Latest Fanuc Oi series Control. Tested the machine & Taken the trails. Machine is handed over to customer.
Overview
After the overall Retrofitting work such as electrical, mechanical designing, and cabinet installation, the machine is retrofitted with Fanuc Oi T control and Supplied a Complete new set of Documentation, the project is completed successfully as per the requirement.
