LMW - LL20T -L5 Lathe machine with fanuc control which was not functioning properly.
Challenges
Mechanical alignment has been done. Modified the machine guard & repainted the machine. CNC was retrofitted with Fanuc latest 0IF series control.
Solution
CNC was retrofitted with Fanuc latest 0IF series control. Checked the machine accuracy & functions & found satisfactorily.
