Existing Control was very old, outdated & not functional, AMS Team Took the project, Retrofitted with Latest technology control.
Challenges
AMS Team studied the existing machine & Re-designed the Cabinet, Prepared the new set of Electrical & Mechanical Schematic Diagram, Developed the Customized Software. AMS Team Also worked on Linear Motion Guide ways & Ball screws, Project is competed with Integration, Commissioning & Calibration.
Solution
Integrated with New Controller. Demonstrated the machine to customer with all functions. Cutting trials has been conducted & result found satisfactorily.
